"Young Love" I photographed this couple while teaching at Texas School. It was my study in contemporary couple portraiture. They were both very proud of their heritage. The close relationship they had with each other was an added bonus. They were wonderful to work with and totally at ease in front of the camera and my students. They were encouraged to be who they really were. We didn't ask them to pretend to be someone else. They indicated that the fact that they could be themselves made a big difference in the level of their comfort. A second image from their sitting is shown below.
