"Please" This portrait was made using gelled back ligting on both sides of the subject facing toward the camera to illuminate the smoke and wings. A small light source was used to light the subject and show extra texture in her clothing and the material she was sitting on. The background is a painted muslin lit with three blue gelled strobes. This muslin has patches of color painted on it in a variety of colors. The strobes with blue gels overpowered the colors thereby making the background look as if it were painted with differing shades of blue. A total of seven lights were used.
