"In God's Light" Doing formal portraits of the Bride and Groom well in advance of the wedding is a treat. Giving your clients the opportunity to display such an image at the reception is an exciting addition to the portrait of the bride by herself. For this image, we arrived earlier than usual and decided to do a few images while waiting for the sun to go down. It is a favorite of mine because of the warm interaction between the couple and the rays of light streaking across the grass in front of them. Having the sun back light the leaves in the trees adds a great deal of color to the image. For me this image symbolizes romance.
