| My mom love the music of Eric Heatherly. His CD's are in the country section at the music store but his music is not country at all. It's rock and roll with some 50's and just a tiny bit of country but not much. We saw Eric several times in concert and mom got to meet him twice. I got to meet him once on the weekend before mom died. She loved one of his songs so much that daddy had it played it at mom's funeral. It was called Swimming in Champagne. Here are some pictures. |
 Here is a picture that dad took of mom and Eric after one of his shows. She has a hat on because this was when she was taking chemotherapy and she didn't have any hair. Right after dad took this picture, Eric kissed mom on the cheek. When she got into the car she told dad that she was never going to wash her face again! She was so happy to meet Eric that night. |
