This is one of my favorite images. It was featured on the cover of the Southwest Image Magazine. This delightful lady allowed me to do a couple of images the way I wanted at the end of a simple business sitting. The material I draped around her is not an expensive robe but rather a $2.00 scrap of material from a fabric store. I asked her to think about a childhood filled with pain while growing up in a war-torn country. At that moment, she let go of reality and said to me, "I can relate to that", almost with a tear in her eye. I have always felt that people from the orient were among God's most beautiful people.
