"Fun Slide"

Amusement park rides can present a challenge. It can be interesting to use a near object as the main subject and positional the camera so that another object will be seen in the background. Tilting the camera can help add motion and interest to the image. This photograph was done at a carnival and the exposure was about 8 seconds using a tripod and cable release. Fairly heavy manipulation was used overall to create a more painted and slightly abstract look.
