This is product photography taken to a larger scale. The principles don't really change from small product work, but the size and quantity of light sources required to fill in so much chrome and other reflective surfaces increase dramatically. The Harley (owned by a retired police detective named Dan) was photographed at a fire station using the space of two fire engine bays. The high ceiling was also essential because one of our panels would ultimately be nearly fifteen feet in the air. (see diagram) |
